If you are not sure if physiotherapy is a covered expense by your insurance provider, we recommended you can call your provider prior to your appointment so there are no surprises.

Yes — Kinect Therapy accepts and treats WSIB claims, providing personalized rehabilitation plans to help you recover safely and return to work. Be sure to have your WSIB claim number and date of injury information handy when booking your initial assessment with us. 

Yes — Kinect Therapy can come to you. We offer in-home visits from our Sault Ste. Marie, St. Joseph Island, and Thessalon locations, and also provide care in nursing homes and hospitals for your convenience.

You can pay for your visit at Kinect Therapy by debit, credit, e-transfer, or cash. We can also send you a statement that allows for online payments such as Apple or Google Pay.
